Its how races are won or lost. So how do you get that illusive start?

Well a very good starting block is to do what you do when you go to a practice track

Have you got it yet?..... How many of you actually perform starts when you go to a practice track or indeed in practice before you go out to race?

If any of you have seen me race then you will possibly have seen me spend as much time on the start line as I do on the rest of the track.... makes sence dosent it?
