I'm selling my Suzuki 250F to switch to a two stroke for the coming season.
The bike is a bit of a "one off".
The bike was purchased from Boretech in Sussex last May and it's spent all it's life there. Every ride it's been cleaned and prepped by them. The oil has been changed every second meeting or practice.
Originally it was a 2007 bike.
The engine is a 2008 full blown MVRD special. Mods include-Full MotoVision Race Development Engine Kit which includes cylinder,head,crank and ignition mods.
One- off hand made cams and camshafts.
High compression piston.
Hinson clutch plus custom MotoVision Race Development Hinson clutch cover.
The engine has recently had a 290 "big bore" kit fitted to give it even more grunt.
In October this year I spent over £900 on a complete bottom end-re-build including new crank cases.
The suspension is from an '09 bike that has been re-vavled and set up again by MVRD.
I'm selling the bike with the 290 Kit fitted and the 250 Kit as a spare. She will also be sold with a complete set of yellow plastics in case the buyer doesn't like the white.
As this is a "one off" there is nothing really to compare the price against, but I feel it has to worth around £2700 ono.
