Seen a few adverts for these relatively new devices and seen one working, to me the only thing its doing is testing your reflexes, dont waste your money!!!! You can sharpen your reflexes without even starting a bike..... get on your bike and then have someone drop a stone in front of you... once the stone is released drop the clutch... practice this for ten minutes a day and not only will you sharpen your reflexes but you will also build valuable forearm muscles from pulling in the clutch without going to the gym.
