LAP OF HOPE - 2012

First time up to Apex for me for a while and good to see plenty of track changes making things interesting. Some pretty big jumps out there made to look small by the likes of James Dunn throwing some big ass ariel manoeuvres for the crowds, but more so for the togs. Tommy Searle, Kristian Whatley on the first outing on the Rinaldi Yamaha(ok it wasnt but thats his new team), Graeme Irwin on the JK Yamaha teamed up with Alfie Smith to ride the MX1 at the Matterley GP this weekend, Elliot Banks-Browne still recovering from injury, Nev Bradshaw, Alex Snow, and a few more in attendance gave the large crowd plenty to watch.

Great to see Patt Stott again, coming on in leaps and bounds.....literally, from a prognosis of never being able to do anything for himself to being able to get up from seated to stand AND WALK a few feet is increadable and theres more to come, mrk my words!!! Well done Patt!!!

The gorgeous Sophia Paul was there, not riding but making the paddock a lot more interesting place to be. For those that dont know her, a talented girl GP rider, money being the only thing holding her back, so any potential sponsers get in touch.

Anyway heres a few pics for those that didnt get to go, maybe next year, all in a worthwhile cause guys.
