Hell I couldnt believe how early we got to the track... before bloody sunrise thats how early ffs..

It was practacally dark while I shot this, hence its rather grainy. See the flag on top of the big hill, it must have been 20 foot wide

....and a little later as the sun started to come up...

You had to be there to really get the feel for the awe of the place....even the hay bails marking the track had wraps round..

Track prep went on throughout the day, starting before it had got light...(headlights on)

Check out just how long and steep the hill behind is... I really struggled to walk down it!!!

That huge banked first turn in the background... water bowser prepping the start straight..

First race lined up waiting to go... my stomach would of been doing somersaults if i'd been sat there as planned..
