The Auto riders were first to go out and there was a respectable number of riders on the gate with all the youngsters giving good battle. The winner of the day was Liam Brosnan who put on a great performance and led all three motos with ease, a well earned overall win to take home for Brosnan. Cain Marsh fought hard to stay on the pace of Brosnan and two seconds guaranteed him a high placing on the leader board, an unlucky fall in moto three put him into third but still took the runner up position. Ben Tumber put in a great effort and was never far away from Marsh with two thirds and taking advantage of Marsh’s tumble in the final moto, he romped home in second, giving him third overall.

New boy Luke Williamson made an instant impact on the class, speeding straight into the top flight, with three domineering fourth places rewarding him with fourth place. Xavier Cook was hot on Williamson’s back wheel and followed him home in each moto to finish in fifth place to secure fifth overall. Louie Wakefield rode a consistent set of races, staying easily on the pace of the front runners and secured three sixth places to end the day in sixth overall.

An awesome battle at the front of the Inter 85 group saw Camlann MacDonald fighting hard to reign supreme, pushing hard to grab a win. He did so brilliantly in the final race, leading from start to finish to snatch first place and took the overall win on the day. Aaron Gordon was fighting hard too, narrowly escaping a last corner pile up, to stay well within the top three through the day, a third and two seconds rewarding him with second overall. An outstanding comeback from injury for former Pompey rider Oliver McMurray who holeshotted into the lead in the first two races, leading the rest of the pack with ease until the chequered flag waved. Battling hard to pass MacDonald in race three, he pushed too hard and ended the race disappointingly in ninth place, but still secured third overall.

Dan Griggs pushed his 150 to the limit and easily roared around the track to keep in contention of a high placing. Sneaking into third place in the final awarded him his best result of the day and secured fourth overall. A welcome return by Oliver Evans after his devastating crash at Culham, but he raced as though he hadn’t been away! Storming straight into the front runners from the off, he “took it easy” to finish in seventh. After being near the front of the pack, disastrously stalling it at the bottom of a hill slid him back a few places in race two, but he redeemed himself in the final moto to power into fourth place, a brilliant finish to his day and secured fifth overall. Tying on points with Evans, Charlie Robinson remained in contention for a high placing by finishing in the top six to secure sixth overall.

Junior rider Olivier Cook stormed around the circuit leading all three motos from start to finish, taking home the overall, after some outstanding riding. Jake parker rode consistently all day and grabbed runner up slot in the opening moto, with a third and fourth position in the next motos, Parker took home second overall. Liam Jones had an unfortunate fall in the opening race but battled through the pack to sixth, with great determination. Jones took second position in the closing races which ensured him third spot.

Owen Kerens was on the power from the off, and stayed focused throughout the day, not putting a wheel wrong to finish in the top three twice to secure fourth overall. Jamie Griggs kept in the thick of things and rode brilliantly to finish top six throughout and secured fifth overall. George Stock’s day was going to plan to secure a high position, perfect riding rewarding him with a fourth and a fifth. But a snapped chain just before the final race left him appearing mid-race on a 50 but he still persevered to finish the race and with the valuable points added, he ended the day in sixth overall.

An almighty line-up in the VMX and AMX Novice class deafened the peace and quiet of the Hampshire countryside, and with a near-full gate the action was non-stop from start to finish. Shaun Hayles and Darren Miles shared the spoils in the opening races, each bagging a win and a second place each, but Hayles made his move on miles on the final lap of the last race to sneak into the lead to grab the final win and the overall victory. Miles kept on the pace to remain in second and ended the day in second overall. Matthew Lambert stepped up a gear in races two and three after finishing top six in race one, and chasing down the leading duo, he crossed the finish line in third in both to snatch third overall.

Paul Keet got caught up in the thick of it at the front of the field, battling hard with the top six riders and with a fourth, fifth and fourth finished in fourth overall. A brilliant first raced ensured Tony Noyes a high finish at the end of the day, crossing the line in third place, and even slipping down the order in the remaining motos, his high points tally from the opening moto secured him fifth overall. Jamie Winbourne charged through the field to move into the top six quickly, and pushed extra hard in race two finish in fourth place, which rewarded him with sixth overall.

Even with a small turnout of AMX riders spread out on the start gate, the action was still exhilarating. With half a lap lead over the remaining group Daniel Latham was the clear winner of race one. A determined effort in race three saw him powering through the pack to pass Padgett in the late stages of the moto to win again and took home the overall. With all three Watts boys back at the Club, Nicky took top honours in the family with two thirds and a second in race two to bag second overall. Sean Lock look impressive on his new 450 and powered around the track with ease. A fourth and two fifths rewarded his efforts with third overall.

After a disastrous opening moto seeing him finish outside the top ten, Gareth Padgett pulled out all the stops in the closing races. Barging his way into fourth place in race two whet his appetite for a taste of top spot, and found himself comfortably leading race three for half of the race. Even after Latham had passed him, he still kept hard on the gas and finished brilliantly in second spot to secure fourth overall. The second Watts to appear in the top six was Paul. A dominant figure at the front of the pack, he powered into fifth place in race one, but a heavy fall in race two, he limped home but returned in race three to improve on race ones result to finish in fourth and ended the day in fifth overall. Blasting out the gate in the opening moto saw Martin Bradbury storm into second place, and remained dominant throughout the day at the front of the pack. Battling hard to stay in contention of a top six place, his two seventh places and last moto eighth position rewarded his hard work with sixth overall.

The Seniors packed themselves onto the start gate, with bar-bashing from the off up the start straight as they race to squeeze round the first corner. A handful of riders could have all netted a win, but it was to be Daniel Maxey’s day, roaring into the lead in all three motos and remained at the front as the chequered flag waved. Maxey secured the overall win comfortably. Head-to-head action between George Clarke and Jordan Carrier was exciting to watch, with Clarke just nudging his way ahead of Carrier in the first two races to secure a second and third to take home second overall. Carrier got the upper hand in the final moto, blasting into second place and finished the day in third overall.

A last minute decision to race was a good one for Harry Hinson as he rode superbly all day, closing down the front runners with speed and improved his positions from seventh up to fourth in the last race to secure fourth overall. With brilliant starts, Chae Jenkinson was assured a high position, and an awesome start in second race saw him leading the pack. But a mistake left him kissing the dirt but never one to be perturbed, he kept high up the field to finish in sixth, and stepped up the pace in race three to finish in fifth and secured fifth overall. An impressive opening moto from Jack Bachelor, seeing the rider shoot straight into fourth spot from the drop of the gate, narrowly missing out on keeping the position but with only two laps to go he succumbed to Muscats pressure but still remained in fifth spot. He was still on the pace in the remaining races, riding like he had his infamous rocket up the exhaust pipe and moved up through the field to secure seventh, and a last race sixth position secured sixth overall.

Usually, when Jordan Bachelor’s name appears on the race sheet, you can guarantee who will be the overall winner on the day, and Sunday was no exception. Such an outstanding lead over the rest of the pack ensured three comfortable wins in the bag for the talented youngster, and he happily went home with the overall victory. Michael “get a hair cut” Denton didn’t put a wheel wrong all day, and rode superbly throughout all three races, even having enough of a lead over third to have a laugh at the lapscorers! Three impressive second places awarded him second overall. Louis Schmidt and Levi Coombes went at it in all three races, battling for third place, with each rider grabbing a third and fourth in the opening races. But Schmidt edged ahead in the last race, powering into third to grab third overall.

Coombes was desperate to grab a taste of third spot, and did so in fine style in race two, keeping Schmidt behind him after storming into third place on lap two and with two fourth places he ended the day in fourth overall. In his first race in the Inter Open class, Ryan Deick was a force to be reckoned with, impressive starts securing high finishes, and a brilliant fifth in the final moto after grabbing two sixth places landed him straight into fifth overall. Daniel Lawler could have placed higher after a great start to his day seeing him blast into fifth place in the opening motos. But bike problems left him donning a smaller wheeled machine and struggled to keep up with the bigger wheeled 85s. But he still proudly finished in tenth place and grabbed the last top six position, finishing in sixth overall.
